The Taste of Summer


A summer lunch: Bucatini with local tomatoes from Butler Green Farms. Tomatoes, garlic from the CSA, just-picked basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper. It's best if you mix together everything but the pasta and let the flavors develop for 20 or 30 minutes, then add hot pasta and mix. Eat it outside in the sun--what could be better?
